Terms and Conditions
Ticket Supply Internet Bookings
- Tickets will be sent as a PDF document at the end of the booking
process
- The tickets should be printed and brought with you to the performance
- The tickets will be scanned on admission to prevent multiple copies and
potential fraud
Tickets Supply - Other types of Purchase
- Tickets will be printed at point of sale and given to the customer
- Postal and telephone bookings will be sent within seven working
days
- Tickets must be brought with the customer to the performance
- The tickets will be scanned on admission to prevent multiple copies and
potential fraud
Ticket Exchange
- Ticket exchanges are only available within the same event
- Ticket exchanges can not be made for group bookings of ten
people or more
Ticket Refunds
AdvanceTickets Operates A No Refunds Policy
- We will only refund tickets if the performance or event has
been cancelled
- A ticket cannot be refunded in adverse weather conditions
if a performance or event still goes ahead
- No refund for pre - booked tickets can be made on the
announcement of a subsequent special offer
If you are unable to attend a performance we are happy to make your tickets
available for resale under the following conditions:
- Resale can not be guaranteed and the venues remaining
tickets will always take priority
- Resales are made entirely at the discretion of the Box
Office Management
Lost Or Replacement Tickets
- We will replace lost or destroyed tickets free of charge
- Identification may be required to issue replacement tickets
Discounted Tickets
- Discounts are not necessarily available at all performances
Latecomers
- Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance
- General admission seating will be re-allocated 15 minutes prior to the
performance
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the performance start time to
guarantee seating
Data Protection
For your protection and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
- We only take your address in order that we can:
- Contact you in the event of cancellation
- Authorise a credit or debit card transaction
- Post your tickets, if requested (a small charge applies)
- Keep you informed of our future events

by Starfield Turbo SSL and all financial transactions are handled through a
secure SecPay transaction gateway for your protection and peace of mind.

Payment
AdvanceTickets accepts the common types of credit and
debit card, cash and cheque. Please note some payment types are only available
at the box office and not online


Identification

Proof of identity may be asked on admission for door collections and internet
bookings as
part of the anti fraud programme within AdvanceTickets.co.uk
Whilst every effort is made to provide accurate information, the
Venue Management and AdvanceTickets.co.uk reserve the right to amend the advertised programme and/or cast for
reasons beyond its control. We reserve the right of admission to the venue, event and subsequent
events.
