Bus   Routes 26 and 26A from Town Centre

Free onsite parking for 450 cars

From Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, London and the M25

Follow the A21 south. On the outskirts of Hastings the road climbs and, just after passing the A28 to the left, the road goes under a bridge and reaches maximum altitude.

Continue along the A21 mostly downhill, passing Sainsbury's on the right and continue over two mini roundabouts and on to a larger roundabout.

Take the road to the left, St Helen's Road, signposted A2101 and 'Phoenix Arts Centre/H&B Rugby Club'. Still going downhill and curving right, take the second left, Parkstone Road.

From Bexhill, Eastbourne, Lewes, Brighton and the A27

Follow the A259 east from Bexhill. Go over the roundabout at the shopping area, Glyne Gap. At the first junction with traffic lights go left, signposted 'Conquest Hospital'. This will take you near Filsham Valley and Grove schools.

Go left at the roundabout into Queensway. Follow this road mainly uphill and veering right until reaching a T junction.

Go right along The Ridge towards and then past the Conquest Hospital. As you reach the hospital there is a roundabout with the hospital to the right and Maplehurst School to the left.

Go straight over the roundabout and turn right in approx 100 metres, Hillside Road. Towards the end of Hillside Road is Parkstone Road to the right.

From Winchelsea, Rye, Folkestone

Continue along the Ridge, towards the Conquest Hospital, about 1500 metres until Grange Road on the left. (about 300 metres before the hospital) At the end of Grange Road turn right then immediately left into Parkstone Road.

From Hailsham, Heathfield, Battle

Follow the A2101 south from Battle. On the outskirts of Hastings there is a mini roundabout. Take the left, along The Ridge, towards the Conquest Hospital. As you reach the hospital there is a roundabout with the hospital to the right and Maplehurst School to the left.

Go straight over the roundabout and turn right in approx 100 metres, Hillside Road. Towards the end of Hillside Road is Parkstone Road to the right.

How do I get my tickets

You can select Print at Home PDF Tickets on the payment page, which will be emailed to the customers email address given for no charge

You can select a mail out option , which will add 80p postage charge and your tickets will be posted to you

Can I buy Tickets on the Door?

For many shows tickets are available on the door, however we cannot guarantee availability or sight lines if tickets are not booked in advance. If the show is sold out then we cannot guarantee admission.

What are the Opening Times

    Daily

Mon - Fri 10am - 3pm,  the advancetickets.co.uk office will usually be manned. 24 hour voicemail available for out of office times.

   Weekends

The Office is manned on a Saturday Morning from 10am - 1pm and usually 2 hours prior to event time

    Pre-Event

Doors open 30 minutes before the advertised performance time, for unreserved events seating is on a first come first served basis, so arrive early to pick your seat and have a drink in the bar.

What type of Seating - Reserved or Unreserved?

Reserved 

• This is allocated seating, you are sold a specific seat

Unreserved - Best Available

• This selects the tickets for unreserved events, and provides the next best view for reserved seating events - many shows are unreserved, so first come first served, you are advised to arrive early, get a drink from the bar and pick your seat.

What are your terms and conditions of sale?

• Tickets will be sent as a PDF document at the end of the booking process
• The tickets should be printed and brought with you to the performance
• The tickets will be scanned on admission to prevent multiple copies and potential fraud

Tickets Supply - Other types of Purchase

• Tickets will be printed at point of sale and given to the customer
• Postal and telephone  bookings will be sent within seven working days
• Tickets must be brought with the customer to the performance
• The tickets will be scanned on admission to prevent multiple copies and potential fraud

Ticket Exchange

• Ticket exchanges are only available within the same event
• Ticket exchanges can not be made for group bookings of ten people or more

AdvanceTickets Operates A No Refunds Policy

• We will only refund tickets if the performance or event has been cancelled
• A ticket cannot be refunded in adverse weather conditions if a performance or event still goes ahead
• No refund for pre - booked tickets can be made on the announcement of a subsequent special offer

• Resale can not be guaranteed and the venues remaining tickets will always take priority
• Resales are made entirely at the discretion of the Box Office Management

• We will replace lost or destroyed tickets free of charge
• Identification may be required to issue replacement tickets

• Discounts are not necessarily available at all performances

Latecomers

• Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance
• General admission seating will be re-allocated 15 minutes prior to the performance
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the performance start time to guarantee seating
